The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. I am so thankful they had our backs when a taxi driver almost ripped us off! The room was clean and spacious. I thought the hair products and accessories were great, we loved them.

The room was hot, and the AC barely worked. The room felt old, dated, and in need of an update. I felt the toilet room had peeling wallpaper and it felt old.

I found the room spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection. Staff at the front desk was available and helpful. The bar had a cosy atmosphere with many drink options.

The elevator operation was a LITTLE slow.

The room included a comfortable bed and nice decor, and i found it everything was super clean. the space was quite generous, with room to move around easily AND store luggage. L'occitane toiletries in the bathroom were a great touch.

the staff reserved a parking spot for me and gave accurate directions when I needed it. The hotel is clean and luxurious. I liked the spa and the breakfast.

the room lighting was a little dim, ALL controlled by ONE switch.

the room was very clean. i appreciated the spaciousness of it. the breakfast (especially the omelets!) had a great variety. i also found the staff helpful and attentive to my needs.

the room had only one bathrobe, despite there being two guests.

underwhelming stay

poor air conditioning dated furniture

The air conditioning barely worked. the furniture seemed pretty old. Everything felt dated. I also thought the bathroom layout was weird. The toilet was strangely far from the shower.
