spacious room good selection helpful staff cosy atmosphere
I found the room spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a good selection. Staff at the front desk was available and helpful. The bar had a cosy atmosphere with many drink options.
The elevator operation was a LITTLE slow.

The room included a comfortable bed and nice decor, and i found it super tidy. the space was quite generous, with room to move around easily AND store luggage. L'occitane toiletries in the bathroom were a great touch.

the staff reserved a parking spot for me and gave accurate directions when I needed it. The hotel is clean and luxurious. I liked the spa and the breakfast.
the room lighting was a little dim, ALL controlled by ONE switch.

clean room great variety attentive staff
the room was very clean. i appreciated the spaciousness of it. the breakfast (especially the omelets!) had a great variety. i also found the staff helpful and attentive to my needs.
the room had only one bathrobe, despite there being two guests.

underwhelming stay
poor air conditioning dated furniture
The air conditioning barely worked. the furniture seemed pretty old. Everything felt dated. I also thought the bathroom layout was weird. The toilet was strangely far from the shower.
